Artes Hortandi is a joint venture arising from decades of hopes and dreams, experience and aspirations. Randal and David were both students at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh 46 years ago.
Randal, highly regarded for his floral artistry, and David, one of the most talented horticulturist across the board have come together to offer the very best services in horticulture and floral design.

Davids credentials are endless. Having previously worked at Highgrove as head gardener for his Majesty the king and many other gardens throughout the UK.
His personal, helpful, experienced service is much lauded by those for whom he has worked for. Noted for his expert principles in organic gardening, his vast plant knowledge, David and the team can offer you the very best in the field of horticulture.
Randal Anderson
Director of Floristry
Randal has had a life long passion for floral art. His love for flowers began as a young child when he was gifted his very own greenhouse. He went on to study Botanics at University.
Randal would often offer his floral skills to friends and relatives as gifts which then led him into commissions in the wedding and events industry.
Over the years Randal has decorated many large houses which resulted in him developing a skill for large and exceptional installations.
Combining his horticultural knowledge with floristry skills, Randal and his team offer the most outstanding service in floral art.
